Subject: Just installed my AutoPC and have some thoughts

I just installed my AutoPc and I have some thoughts on it. First some of the features are really great. However as configurable as the unit must be since it is software driven, only a portion of that ability is surfaced. I understand that beginning users (e.g. non engineers or very inexperienced installers) may find more configurability confusing. However by placing some things deeper in the advanced areas and setting reasonable defaults would be a good solution. One thing is: The clock screen saver, there should be a way for that to work in the Radio and CDPlayer programs but NOT the navigation section. There are LOTS of these little things that would make life better and are not much work at all in the long run. I actually have lots of these types of suggestions if anyone would be interested.

Subject: Add a cassette player to the AutoPC

I may be the only person who still requests or needs an in-dash casette player, with the word going CD and all, but I still need an in-dask casette player. From Books-on-Tape to learning a new language, in-car casette players are still very useful. And by the way, my current automobile has a multi-disc CD player as well. But wh wants to get out of their car in the middle of the night - in the middle of a long drive - open up their trunk and change their CD's. Viva la Lexus at least for an in-dash multi-disc CD Changer.
