Does anyone know of a way to run ISP's like MSN, that won't give out TCP/IP settings, need authentication.

I am having the same problem wiht my NEC MobilePro, I am trying to connect to MSN, but I cannot, did MSN ever send you any type of special software for your Mobile PC?
