Message:

Usually this means you have a dial-up networking connection running. Most
commonly this is because you are connected to your ISP. Since you are
running Windows 95, download and run the Dial-Up Networking 1.2 update and
you should not have any problems. Go to MS web site and search for the
update and you should be good to go.
