>I've discovered a number of ways to hard reset your A-20:
I wish I had gotten this message yesterday, it would have been a great reminder!
I was using my A-20 and it just turned off. Boom. Would not turn back on. Checked that all compartments were closed properly, pulled out AC & each individual battery one by one, then finally resorted to pulling them all out. It still didn't turn on. Then I pulled the AC adapter out of the wall and plugged it back in, and things started to work! Of course I had ended up doing a hard reset.
I've had my A-20 for 8 months and it has *never* hard reset! It soft resets every couple of days and once a month or so the screen goes black for a couple of hours, but I'd gotten so used to it always working I had not done a backup in at least a couple of weeks :-( Many hours ahead to get back to where I was.
I'm really really hoping someone comes out with a 3rd generation HPC...
