Changing the registry entries for the application keys is the easy part.
(There are shareware and freeware registry editors on CEMonster.com and
WinFiles.com, to name a few.) The problem is that you would also need a
program that is smart enough to figure out what control/program has focus
and paste in the appropriate character.
